ODing on Shawn Fanning's Handlers

Poor Shawn Fanning....these days he's surrounded by so many handlers, no wonder he doesn't smile much. Or at least, that's the evidence I got from observing him at the two back-to-back conferences in NYC this week.
He had 2-3 PR handlers surrounding him all the time during the two music conferences I was at, stumping his new P2P rights management venture Snocap.
At one point today at the Billboard Music & Money conference, he was asked a question about the Grokster-MGM case, and his handler, sitting in the second row, tried to get his attention and signal him to not answer that. Luckily Fanning never saw that gesture...unluckily, he had nothing interesting to say anyway.
My advice: dude, you're 24. You've finally dumped that baseball cap...now get a life...
