Idol Chatter: Hit The Road, LaKisha

Can we discuss the outfit choices on last night's "American Idol" for a moment? Special guest Pink has apparently been rummaging through the costume trunk from Xtina's Stripped tour, Barry Gibb's nipples were almost more distracting than his hair, and, seriously, Blake, a tuxedo shirt? Come on.

In light of the dubious attire, the hour-long "Fantastic Four"/Idol tour/Ford/Bill Maher promo that was the results show sent one more contestant packing. Sadly, it was the end of the road for LaKisha, who did a nice, grunting "sexy uggg" Jessica Alba impersonation.

The sound mix was way off during the group performance, and the contestants were all clearly drained of energy. J.I. can relate, having largely not slept herself for the past two weeks, but if this is a preview of the upcoming tour, we're in for disappointment.

But we're one step closer to the finale, folks, and J.I.'s hoping it's a showdown between the slick and polished Melinda and bright-eyed youngin Jordin. Which translates to: don't vote for Blake, America. We beg thee.
