Letting Consumers Choose What DRM Is Acceptable
The journalist/photographer and News.com legal correspondent Declan McCullough and the lawyer Milana Homsi have published a new law review article titled Leave DRM Alone: A Survey of Legislative Proposals Relating to Digital Rights Management Technology and Their Problems in which they claim that a "laissez-faire policy on DRM" would be beneficial both to consumers and the industry. It's only 12 pages and is an interesting article to read. (Thanks Martin!)
