IHT: The MGM vs Grokster ruling may come as early as tomorrow (Monday) and both sides are edgy...Most observers say the high court will send the case back to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, which in August upheld a lower court's decision against MGM and its fellow petitioners.
